On the day of your procedure, you will be greeted by the surgery center team and guided through a smooth check-in process. Staff will confirm your personal, insurance, and contact information and review any remaining pre-procedure requirements.
Before surgery, you will meet with your surgical care team to review your procedure and address any last-minute questions. Many patients find it helpful to write down questions ahead of time to ensure all concerns are discussed.
Discharge & Recovery
After your procedure, you will be monitored by the clinical team as you begin recovery. Discharge timing is determined by your surgeon based on your procedure and individual recovery needs.
Before leaving North PKWY Surgical Institute, a member of the care team will review your post-procedure instructions, including activity guidelines, medications, follow-up appointments, and who to contact with questions or concerns. Patients are encouraged to follow all aftercare instructions carefully and attend any scheduled follow-up visits.
